Last Friday, October 13, Wallenpaupack Area had its Homecoming Game against Dallas High School. The game started at 7 PM, and eager fans packed in the stands.
Several fundraisers were hosted, including the Paupack Press’s very own PhotoBooth. The Yearbook club also sold their old yearbooks for $10 each. The Cross-Country team sold air-fresheners for $12 a pack of four fresheners. The “Our Kids” Food Pantry also held their annual fundraiser, collecting canned goods in exchange for a free ticket to the game. Members of the Volunteers in Paupack were noticed
hauling shopping carts packed to the max with canned goods to be distributed to students and families in need.
The Homecoming Royalty were Jordan Santiago and Lizzy Karpiak. The Court consisted of Erika Badner, Jordyn Fontano, Nathan Glauner, Kyle Carruba, Lexi Kapschull, Abby Kimler, Ty Mazzga, and Alexis Seretis. Unfortunately, our Buckhorns lost to Dallas (31-3)
