On January 27, Wallenpaupack’s Bocce teams played against Dunmore High School for their sixth meet of the season. Despite some struggles and downsides, the teams remained resilient, positive, and lifted each other to victory.
Both teams emerged victorious at Dunmore, with the Purple team winning 7-3, and the White team followed suit with a score of 6-3. The teams’ success at Dunmore propelled their overall standings. The Purple team now has a record of 3 wins and 3 losses, placing them in 3rd position in the league. The White team is slightly ahead of them with a record of 4 wins and 2 losses, holding the 2nd spot in the league. These rankings indicate a strong possibility that both teams may advance further into the season. As long as the two teams keep performing well, the possibility of competing in the regionals is within their grasp.
