This past week has been uneventful for the girls. They have only played one game against Mid Valley. In this game, the girls fought hard against Mid Valley’s strong offense but were unable to keep them goalless. Mid Valley took the win by a score of 5-0. On Wednesday, instead of having a traditional practice, they decided to have a fun practice. The girls were able to go kayaking and play yard games as a team bonding practice. Upcoming for the girls is the home stretch. They are now halfway through their season, meaning they have faced every team, and they are now set to face them again in hopes for a win the second time around. The next game they play will be Monday September 29th against Valley View. This is the annual Youth Night where young girls and boys will come and watch what might be a possibility for them in the future. Boys will play at 5:30pm and the girls will follow.
