As graduation approaches, senior Brady Elders reflects on his high school experience and the path ahead. Brady is set to pursue both a secondary education degree and a history degree, with plans to attend either Marywood University or East Stroudsburg University.
One of his proudest accomplishments is playing guitar in the pit band for Grease, a highlight of his time in the school’s theatre program. “I’m going to miss theatre and all of the community we have at this school,” he shared.
The connections he made in theatre, where camaraderie and passion ran deep, were an important part of his high school journey.
Brady is also passionate about history and teaching, hoping to inspire others by sharing his love of the subject. His career aspirations reflect both his academic interests and desire to make a difference in students’ lives.
Throughout his high school years, Mrs. Geisheimer has been his most influential mentor. “She’s helped me the most throughout high school,” he said, highlighting her guidance and support as a major part of his growth.
As Brady steps into the future, his experiences in theatre, music, and education will guide him toward a career filled with purpose and impact.
