New Year, New Goal

            Many people are making new year’s resolutions, but the percentage of people who manage to stick with their goals year-long are surprisingly low (9%). Here are ways to make goals more achievable:

·      Make the goal specific

·      Find resolutions that excite you

·      Break it down into smaller steps

·      Take your time – you have all year!!

·      Track your progress and celebrate milestones

·      Find a friend to be your accountability partner

·      Use visual reminders to keep the goal in mind

Most importantly, keep it fun; bettering yourself should make you feel better, not bored or exhausted. Happy new year, everyone!
