Over Easter break, I spent a lot of time with my family and friends. Friday, I went to breakfast with my mom and her friend, then we visited one of our old towns in New Jersey. When we there, we stopped at our favorite Polish store, bakery, and chocolate shop to get Easter foods and treats.
On Saturday, my mom and I dyed eggs and prepared food to be blessed at church. After the food blessing, I went to the park with my older brother, and that night my family attended an Easter Vigil mass.
Sunday morning, we opened our baskets, had breakfast, and spent some time playing games, eating, and watching movies together. Later that afternoon, I called and hung out with my friends. On Monday, my friends and I celebrated one of their birthdays. Afterwards, I spent the rest of the day cooking various meals for the week for my family.
