Girl’s Varsity and JV softball team

With spring sports starting, the softball team kicked off its season with a trip to Maryland. In Maryland, both JV and Varsity played two scrimmages to start their seasons. The varsity team had a strong start, winning their first game, and playing strong defense as well as offense. The girls also had fun at Hershey’s Chocolate World where they stopped on the way back. With new challenges each year, the girls and coaches are both hoping for a successful season with lots of development and hard work from the players. 24 girls in total tried out and are now a part of the team. The Paupack Press wishes the girls good luck in their upcoming season.
