HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) hosted a Holiday Hygiene drive from December 11- 20. Students were asked to bring in personal hygiene items specific to the list on the flyer. Items listed included toothbrushes, tooth paste, mouthwash, hand-soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, combs/brushes, hand sanitizer, lotion, and chapstick. Any donations were accepted, even if not assigned. Mrs. Ragonese’s homeroom won a Dunkin Donuts party on December 22 for bringing in a total of 174 items. Close behind was Mrs. Petrillo’s homeroom with 152 items and Mr. Granquist’s homeroom with 138 items. All proceeds will be available for the student body in the Lakeside Lounge.
