Coming off a very successful year across the board for all Wallenpaupack’s clubs-notably FBLA’s 3 placing teams at the national conference and the WAHS Player’s rendition of Grease being seen as an overwhelming success- each club is determined to outperform themselves in this upcoming school year. This is why the activity fair held in the second week of school grows increasingly important. Each club assembles a table they feel represents them, then presents it to the student body in an attempt to recruit. So far, the activity fair has been met with success for all involved. The students are more exposed to the content of each club than just a name they might see or hear, and the clubs gain more membership and exposure to those who might not have even heard of them if not for the activity fair. Overall, the success of last year combined with the growing membership of the clubs should mean more success in their goals this year and in years to come. Best of luck to all the clubs in achieving their individual missions this year.
