This week’s senior spotlight is a very prominent member of our school and the president of the 2025 Class, Giovanni Patire. He plans to major in biology at an undetermined school as a prerequisite to going to medical school. He is “most excited” to move on to a new area and to meet new people while becoming a “real” adult, though he is not excited about leaving his friends and programs he is involved in here like band, chorus, and theater. He is very excited to leave school, stating that “leaving high school marks the next step of everyone’s life and I am excited that I have almost completed this chapter of my life and get to start my journey to my desired career.” Besides band, chorus, and theater, he is also a member of the NHS executive council, Paupack Press, and is the 2025 Class President.
