This past Tuesday, there was a College and Career Fair in the Auxiliary Gym. This allowed local businesses, colleges, and the military to come and talk to students about potential job openings, majors and programs offered, and how to get started in joining the military. Woodloch was there for the local business side of things, while colleges included Penn State, Villanova, University of Scranton, Kings College, and Wilkes University. The Army, Navy, and Marines were there to recruit the military. Overall, this experience gave underclassmen an experience to figure what can help them in college admissions and also set up job opportunities in the future, and students who want to join the military can find out benefits for each branch. It also allows seniors to connect with post-collection college job opportunities.
