As our spring pep-rally is Friday, April 26, we will have a spirit week leading up to the event. On Monday, April 22, students and teachers will dress in Earth tones, such as blue, brown, and green, for Earth Day. Also, on Earth Day, the Student Council will sell succulents for $3 and bracelets for $1 during all lunches. The teachers also have an optional “Lights Out Day” to conserve energy. Tuesday will be “Adam Sandler Day,” bring out your best baggy clothes and crazy patterns! Next, like a spirit day in the 2021-2022 school year, Wednesday we will have another “Anything but a Backpack Day.” This day will have more regulations than the last time we had it, so read the flyer that will be out for more details. Thursday will be a “White Lie Day.” Grab a white t-shirt to wear for the day and write a “white lie” about yourself, all writing must be school appropriate. Finally, Friday is the day of the pep-rally. Students and teachers are to wear purple, or their “Our Biggest Fan” t-shirts if they have purchased one. If you missed the preorder, the Student Council will be selling extras during all lunches for as long as they last.
Be sure to listen to announcements and read the flyer to stay up to date as the Student Council finalizes the plans for spirit week. If you have any questions, you may ask Mrs. Ragonese via Outlook, [email protected], or visit her classroom, 109.
