This past week, three incredibly talented musicians represented Wallenpaupack at the PMEA (Pennsylvania Music Educators Association) All-State Conference. The festival took place at Kalahari, near Tannersville, and it lasted three days, April 9, 10, and 11. Directors Alexsis Neenan and Eric Warner attended with their students as well. Junior Evie Neenan was in the choir sector, placing seventh in her part alto 2. Junior Hunter Sasala placed second on trombone 1 in the orchestra. Nora Warner, a sophomore, placed second on her part as well, oboe 1, in the band. All three performed outstandingly alongside many other talented musicians from around the state. Wallenpaupack is incredibly proud of all these three musicians have accomplished and cannot wait to see what they do in the upcoming years.
