The Wallenpaupack Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) event was a success. On Friday, December 5, the Wallenpaupack Area School District took part in the yearly CHOP fundraiser, an event where money is donated to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The students and staff got to wear pajamas to school, and each paid $1, or more money if they pleased, to the cause. The high school raised $811. 02. The district is incredibly grateful for the money raised and cannot wait to help the hospital and children in need.
